Virtual follow-up visits with your NP (6-week check-in, then every 3 months): review symptoms, lifestyle, and labs; fine-tune dosing and plan.

Scheduled blood work (insurance-eligible) : Labs are typically drawn 6 weeks after starting the plan to assess early response, then every 3 months for ongoing maintenance and safety monitoring. Common panels may include Total and Free Testosterone, Estradiol, Progesterone (women), PSA (men), SHBG, CBC, CMP, Lipids, A1c, and TSH. More advanced or specialty testing is available if needed at an additional discounted cost if not covered by insurance.
